Same day delivery is available (Monday - Friday) if orders are received before 12pm (EST), excluding peak floral periods. Orders received after 12pm (EST) will be delivered the following day.
Saturday delivery is available on all orders received before 6pm (EST) on Friday, excluding peak floral periods. Orders received after 6pm (EST) Friday or over the weekend will be delivered Monday morning.
Deliveries to remote country areas may incur a delay of up to two days.
Requests for specific delivery times will be taken, but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays. These items will be delivered the day before or after the requested date.
During peak floral periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, all orders should be placed at least three days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Otherwise delivery on the required day can not be guaranteed.
Delivery within Brisbane City or Brisbane suburbs
Delivery within the Brisbane City will be costed on a calculated basis, depending on the number of items being delivered and the location for dleivery.
Delivery within Australia (Outside Brisbane)
A standard delivery charge of $17.50 will apply to all orders for delivery within Australia, this charge will be added to your purchase automatically as you complete the on-line Order forms.
Orders placed for delivery outside the Brisbane/Gold Coast region will be supplied by one of our countless affiliated suppliers. This may mean that we cannot guarantee that the packaging or design will be as per that displayed on the Flowers In Bloom internet site. However, the same degree of quality, presentation and value is expected.
Overseas Delivery
If you would like to send flowers to someone overseas, please call us. We can select from the range of standardised Interflora products and have the order furfilled by a florist near them.

Ordering from FlowersInBloom.com.au is easy, convenient, and very safe. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than us.
Member Login Protection
If you choose to become a member your password will be your personal, secret entry code for use only when you shop online with Flowers In Bloom. You can change your password as many times as you like.
Collection and Use of Information
When you place an order, we require you to provide us with personal contact and billing information, including your address and telephone number. We use this information to give you a customised experience and to process the orders that you place with us.
When you place an order our database recalls your billing information and automatically transfers it to the order form. This way you do not have to re-enter this information each time you return to order.
Recipient information is used for delivery purposes. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery.
When you visit our internet site, we would like you to be aware of the fact that we do collect some basic non-identifying information. This specifically includes information regarding your operating system, browser software, and IP (Internet Protocol) address. This information is collected in order to provide you with satisfactory service. We may use the information to detect problems with our server and/or to aid in the administration of our internet site.
Credit Card
Flowers In Bloom is responsible for validating, authorising, and charging your credit card for each online purchase you make. Your order information, along with your credit card number, is encrypted during the transmission process thus ensuring complete security of your information. As always, consumers making purchases must have a valid credit card, be at least 18 years of age or older, and have a good credit standing. If the purchase price is greater than $100 we may ask you to fax us a copy of photographic identification eg. Drivers Licence, for identity verification purposes.
- Returns & Replacements
- At Flowers in Bloom we pride ourselve on our quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results we have provided, we welcome you to contact us via phone so that discussion can occur. On our discretion we may replace or refund the item/s concerned.

You may order by calling one of our customer service operators with your selection and credit card details on + 61 7 3220 3008. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Please ensure that you call during our operating hours.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Flowers In Bloom once the order has been processed. If there are any difficulties with the order, you will be contacted via email with an explanation, or to request more details.

Pricing
All product prices are quoted in Australian dollars. For international orders, your floral order will be filled to value based on current currency exchange rates. In the event we cannot fill your floral order for the amount quoted, you will be contacted via e-mail.

The site procides the ability to view the status of your orders. If you log in you will be able to see whether the order is pending (still waiting to be actioned), shipped (has been dispatched), complete (the order has been fully processed.

The floral arrangement you choose will be reproduced by our floral designers based on their creative interpretation. The look and feel of the arrangements featured will remain the same, taking size, shape, colour and style into consideration.
If a particular flower is not in season, another flower with similar colour and quality will be substituted. In the case of an arrangement with only one flower variety, such as red roses, another colour will be substituted rather than another red flower.
If we are out of stock of a particular ornamental item, we will substitute the container, toy, chocolates, balloon, etc. with one of equal or greater value.
- Updating Account Information
- The site provides the ability for you to maintain and update your details. Flowers in Bloom will use the information provided to us. As a result it is important that you maintain your information so that we can process order correctly and that items are sent to the intended location.
