- Flower selections - choose a bouquet or arrangement from our extensive range offered on-line.
- Let us Decide – Click on the "Can’t Decide" link, select a product type and let our trained staff choose the freshest brightest seasonal flowers to send on your behalf (either bouquet or arrangement) and a dollar amount.
- Seasonal Specials – each season Flowers In Bloom will endeavour to bring to you a selection of bouquets and arrangements unique to the season.
- Once you have made your selection, you will proceed to the order form.
- As you proceed through the order form, be sure to double check that all the information is correct, including the recipient and sender information.
- Once you have completed the order form, click on the submit button.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
Order by Fax
In case your browser does not support ordering online or if you would just rather fax us your order, you may print off the order form and fax your selection and credit card details to +61 7 3220 3009. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
Order by Phone
You may order by calling one of our customer service operators with your selection and credit card details on + 61 7 3220 3008. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Please ensure that you call during our operating hours.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Flowers In Bloom once the order has been processed. If there are any difficulties with the order, you will be contacted via email with an explanation, or to request more details.
Pricing
All product prices are quoted in Australian dollars. For international orders, your floral order will be filled to value based on current currency exchange rates. In the event we cannot fill your floral order for the amount quoted, you will be contacted via e-mail.

Substitution Policy
The floral arrangement you choose will be reproduced by our floral designers based on their creative interpretation. The look and feel of the arrangements featured will remain the same, taking size, shape, colour and style into consideration.
If a particular flower is not in season, another flower with similar colour and quality will be substituted. In the case of an arrangement with only one flower variety, such as red roses, another colour will be substituted rather than another red flower.
If we are out of stock of a particular ornamental item, we will substitute the container, toy, chocolates, balloon, etc. with one of equal or greater value.

- Same day delivery is available (Monday - Friday) if orders are received before 12pm (EST), excluding peak floral periods. Orders received after 12pm (EST) will be delivered the following day.
- Saturday delivery is available on all orders received before 6pm (EST) on Friday, excluding peak floral periods. Orders received after 6pm (EST) Friday or over the weekend will be delivered Monday morning.
- Deliveries to remote country areas may incur a delay of up to two days.
- Requests for specific delivery times will be taken, but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
- Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays. These items will be delivered the day before or after the requested date.
- During peak floral periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, all orders should be placed at least three days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Otherwise delivery on the required day can not be guaranteed.
DELIVERY WITHIN BRISBANE CITY
Delivery within the Brisbane City will be charged a standard delivery charge of $7.50.
DELIVERY SUBURBS
Delivery to Brisbane suburbs will be charged a standard delivery charge of $12.50.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA (Outside Brisbane)
- A standard delivery charge of $17.50 will apply to all orders for delivery within Australia, this charge will be added to your purchase automatically as you complete the on-line Order Form.
- Orders placed for delivery outside the Brisbane/Gold Coast region will be supplied by one of our countless affiliated suppliers. This may mean that we cannot guarantee that the packaging or design will be as per that displayed on the Flowers In Bloom internet site. However, the same degree of quality, presentation and value is expected.
OVERSEAS DELIVERIES
- A standard delivery charge of $19.50 will apply to all orders for delivery overseas and will be added to your purchase automatically as you complete the on-line Order Form.
- Due to the various time zones between Australia and other countries, same day delivery is not available.
- For orders placed by 1pm (EST), allow one day for delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Deliveries to remote countries and country areas may incur a delay of up to two days.
- Availability of individual flowers may vary according to season in the receiving country. If you have special requests for overseas orders or if you are not sure if we deliver to a certain country, please send us an e-mail with your enquiries.
- International orders can be placed on-line and delivered worldwide. These will be supplied by one of over 10,000 affiliated suppliers throughout the world. This means that we cannot guarantee that the packaging or design will be as per that displayed on the Flowers In Bloom internet site. However, the same degree of quality, presentation and value is expected.
